Hello,

I'm Daniel, a French wanna-be director and a very new user of Single8 cameras.

This site is great, and I hope it will become a place of gathering for Single8 users !

Thank you Muddy Orihara for these instructions.

But I've read that Fuji stops production and processing of Single-8 films (http://smallformat.schiele-schoen.de/home/zeitschrift_detail.asp?id=2171).

Does anyeone know how much time Fuji rolls would be avaible ?

There remains at leat (I think) two films : a colour one called 'Cinevia' (daylight reversal iso 50) and a B&W one called 'RetroX' (B&W reversal iso 200) ; does anyone tried them ?

I think I'll try to process by myself some RetroX during my hollydays (in about 2 weeks) ; maybe later the Cinevia reversal (I know it is possible to develop Ektachrome Super8 of his own with E6 with good results).

I'll give news then.

Other good solution to keep our Single8 cameras shooting : reloadable Single-8 Cartridges (http://www.single8film.com/) to put in the film you want !

Best regards,
Dan's
