Fuji Photo Film sent the answer in compliance with the question from a certain Japanese film society "filmmover".

I challenged the translation of Fuji's message.

---------------------------

We are stopping the Magnecorting processing temporarily now.
It troubles users very much.
We are sorry very much.
The cause was that the machine breaks down.
This is a special machine, because this machine became decrepit, it takes time to repair.

A substitutive machine doesn't exist at present, either.
We cannot promise when the servise will restart.
We have explained to you that many equipment are becoming decrepit.
However, it was not predictable that the equipment for Magnecorting broke down this time.
It troubled with it you very much.
It is difficult to forecast which machine causes a similar problem from the film manufacturing to development this time.
It is a trouble.

We give priority to supplying the reliable product and service to our customer. We work to have a less bad influence upon the schedule of "the end of film producing and processing".

We only develop  a film which the customer ordered "Process + Magnecorting".
After Magnecorting machine is restored, we contact the customer, we will do only the Magnecorting.
We do our best to restore it.
