The answer is about the difference between a brand and a manufactor.
答えは、フィルムブランドとフィルム製造業者の違いです。

Hundreds of brands

フェッラーニアは長い間、世界屈指のホワイトラベル（※OEMのことか？）フィルムメーカーでした。
もちろん、他ブランドのフィルムを製造していたのはフェッラーニアだけではなかったのですが、フィルム黄金時代にはフィルムメーカーはたった5社しかなかったのです。

…5社だけ？これは本当だろうか…？日本だけでも富士と小西六があったし…ホントに5社だけだった？

P30 is the modern version of the historical P30, and it is entirely conceived and manufacturer from scratch here in Cairo Montenotte.
P30は、過去のP30の現代版で、ここカイロ・モンテノッテ（※フェッラーニアがあるイタリアの地域）で設計、製造されています。
Did this cause trouble?

Are there any new product on the market in the past five years like P30?

Apart the new Ektachrome I would say no.
新エクタクロームを別にして、ワタシはノーと言いますね。

まとめると、
旧フェッラーニアは世界有数のフィルム製造業者だった。そして新生フィルムフェッラーニアは、「イタリア製」のフィルムを自社で製造することをポリシーとしている。だからつまづいたんだと。
P30は古いフィルムを現代版として甦らせた紛れもない新商品であり、同様の製品は新エクタクロームを除いて、ニコラ・バルディーニはないと言っています。
